Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 30, 2026 · Last Updated: June 30, 2026
At Trkr, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our browser extension and web dashboard.
Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to provide our tracking services. This includes your email address for account management, and the specific web elements you choose to monitor. We do not track your browsing history or collect data from pages where you have not active selections.
How We Use Data
Your tracked data is used exclusively to detect changes and notify you. We do not sell your personal data or tracking history to third parties. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve our detection algorithms and system performance.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Access to our monitoring infrastructure is strictly controlled and audited.
Data Retention
We keep account information, subscription records, and the monitoring configuration you create for as long as your account remains active. After account closure or a deletion request, we retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete deletion, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain necessary security and financial records. Landing-page analytics events are retained for up to 90 days.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate Trkr, including Stripe for billing, Mailgun for transactional email delivery, PostHog for product analytics, Fly.io for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and core data infrastructure, and OneSignal for push notifications when enabled. These providers may process personal data on our behalf only to provide their services to us.
Governing Law and Disputes
This policy, and any dispute or claim relating to this policy or our handling of your personal data, is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time through your account dashboard. For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at hello@supersaiyan.app.
